Mobile Health Services

OLE Health Mobile Health brings the health center and high-quality care out to the community. This service is available to all who need it — you don’t have to be an existing patient, and you don’t need insurance.

Preventative Health 

  • Blood pressure
  • Height/weight
  • Vision screenings
  • Flu vaccines
  • COVID, influenza, and strep testing
  • Physical exams
  • Screening labs, if needed

Connecting to Other Services

  • Getting established for care at a health center
  • Ordering labs for cholesterol, STI screening, and other tests as needed
  • Enrollment assistance for insurance or CalFresh

Education & Resource Referrals

  • Referrals to other OLE Health services, including general medical, behavioral health, and dental
  • Referrals to other community programs and resources
  • Health education on a variety of topics, including diabetes management and prevention, sexual and reproductive health, and general health and wellness
