Referrals

Find Specialists, If & When You Need Them

As a OLE Health  patient, you benefit from a care team of dedicated medical professionals. We provide our patients with complete, coordinated services including medical, dental, behavioral health, nutrition, optometry, and pharmacy.

If you need services that we don’t offer or a referral to a specialist, we connect you with resources and appointments — if possible, that very same day. Our referral coordinators are here to help patients get connected to additional support and resources. They can help with:

  • Processing referrals for non-OLE Health providers and specialists
  • Getting permission (prior authorization) from insurance for services
Note: You must be established with a OLE Health primary care provider (PCP) in order to request a referral.
