OLE Health welcomes organizations interested in connecting with our community to participate at Sunday Funday.

 Participants are required to provide their own tables, chairs, and tents. For safety reasons, tents must be properly secured.

By registering for this event, I authorize OLE Health to use my picture, including photographic and video images, and my voice.
