About Teresa

Teresa Shinder started at CommuniCare+OLE in 2019. She received her DO from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her BS in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience from UC San Diego. Prior to coming to CommuniCare+OLE, she worked at FQHCs in Solano County and Honolulu as well as private practice and NICU Hospitalist work. She specializes in pediatric medicine with an interest in nutrition, ADHD, behavioral concerns, asthma, allergies, and eczema.

Why I went into healthcare

I became a pediatrician because I want to help children grow into the healthiest and best version of themselves.
