My approach to care
My approach to care is based in my training as a nurse; I value the whole person when evaluating and treating a patient. I view myself as your companion on the road to wellbeing. I believe the key to staying on this path is balance – in diet, exercise, habits. All things have the potential to harm if done in excess.
Why I went into healthcare
I became a Family Nurse Practitioner because I believe in preventative care. I believe the greatest opportunity for making changes is in the small visit-to-visit interactions: monitoring and course-correcting as needed and checking in on questions and concerns that may arise while on our journey.
Something you might not know about me
I played the Saxophone in my High School Marching Band.
