About Denisse

Denisse Maldonado started at CommuniCare+OLE as a Registered Nurse in 2014 and as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019. She received her doctorate degree from University of San Francisco in 2019 and completed her master’s degree at Sonoma State University. Prior to coming to CommuniCare+OLE, Denisse completed a family medicine residency at Santa Rosa Community Health. She specializes in family medicine and diabetes management.
