My approach to care
My care philosophy is to treat others the way I would like to be treated, be humble, and speak the language of the patient.
Why I went into healthcare
I became a social worker specialized in mental health because of my own experience as a recipient of social services.
Something you might not know about me
Something you might not know about me is that I emigrated from Peru at the age of 14 years old and despite all the life challenges that I experienced as an immigrant I decided to go back to school at the age of 45 and accomplish my dream of becoming a Social Worker. Perseverance is my favorite word.
