OLE Health strives to provide high quality health care to all of Napa County, we have decided to lead an effort that specifically targets the health needs of the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) community in Napa County and abroad. We are excited to announce the launch of OLE commUNITY Project/Proyecto OLE commUNIDAD. The LGBT community is segment of the population that has historically been underserved and stigmatized and our goal is to make OLE Health a more safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment to everyone.

The first initiative of its kind in Napa County, The OLE Health commUNITY Project aims to ensure OLE Health is more LGBT friendly, and improves access to culturally-appropriate health services in a non-judgmental environment.
Areas we hope to impact:
- LGBT Healthcare (i.e. hormone treatment, mental health)
- Expand and develop relationships with community partners
- Facility and infrastructure
- Staff training Staff recruitment and retention
