Sara Gavin

Sara Gavin serves as the Chief Behavioral and Community Health Officer for CommuniCare+OLE and brings 20 years of experience in Behavioral Health and integrated health to the role. Sara began with CommuniCare+OLE in Yolo County as a Behavioral Health Provider and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and a graduate of the Clinic Leadership Institute. She currently oversees a BH team that reflects 1/3 of overall visits and employees in Yolo County. Outside of her role, she loves painting, playing soccer, pickleball, travel, and spending time with her family.
