Andrew Torge

Andrew Torge serves as CommuniCare OLE’s Chief Human Resources Officer. Andrew’s prior roles include serving as Human Resources Director for Shasta Regional Medical Center in Redding, CA and working as an HR Manager for Adirondack Health in Saranac Lake, NY. Andrew brings with him diverse experience in Healthcare Human Resources that includes talent acquisition and retention, workforce development, employee relations, change management, and employee culture and wellness. He holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and is SHRM-SCP and SPHR certified.
